Our online portal has comprehensive, industry-standard privacy and security measures to protect individual user data, while providing valuable aggregate, de-identified reports for administrators to drive your program's success!
Health Assessment
Users fill out a detailed questionnaire about their lifestyle, demographics, and personal medical history to calculate their risk for up to 16 diseases and conditions. Based on their answers, the Health Risk Assessment then provides users with individualized feedback and suggestions for ways to lower their risk.
Incentives & Rewards
Users earn points by achieving outcomes and/or participating in designated activities. Many of our partners reward their team with with e-gift cards through our integration with Tango, put dollars into HSA accounts, apply a medical coverage premium discount, award PTO, and more.
Wellness Challenges
Users create a profile, opt in for individual or team challenges, add friends, choose from 100+ devices or apps to integrate, view the leaderboard, post messages to the social wall, and earn badges. Users can participate on their desktop or our free mobile app.
